I’ve been coming to Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast for the last (2)+ years and the Customer Service has been simply amazing. My Service Advisor Tony Park has been nothing less than Extraordinary. All service-centric businesses (dealerships, hotels, etc.) have different touch-points (check-in, advisors, service, parts, memberships, parking, etc.) throughout their organization. At each touch-point customers can recognize each department’s DNA which is very apparent. At every “touch-point” in which Tony Park has been involved in with me, he’s been spot-on; from his service excellence to his recommendations; to providing a comfortable environment to eliminating any potential service issues. Ensuring that the customer has a great experience has always been his first priority. He always has great recommendations and advice as well. As a business consultant, I know that engaging workplaces are the ones that enjoy more ideas and creativity.
