Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Experience Challenge in Duluth, GA

Special congratulations are in order here at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast! We're thrilled to announce that four of our incredible team members recently participated in the 2022 Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Experience Challenge and made it to the global finals, placing #10 in the world!

The Global Customer Experience Challenge is a virtual championship held by Mercedes-Benz that gives dealerships around the world the chance to show off their expertise. This years' focus was electromobility. Teams were made up of two technicians and two customer contact employees to represent their respective dealerships. The teams then worked together to learn more about electromobility and compete in the national championships. Successful teams went on to participate in the international championship.

We're so proud of our employees who represented Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast, ranking us #1 in the U.S. and #10 out of 23 markets globally. Our super-star team players were Jesse Cannon-Wallace, Jacob Hetrick, Paul Kim and Bryce Balke. Congratulations, team!
