The first time I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast, I was introduced to Rosh Browne. He made the whole process of getting my E350 smooth and easy, he always made sure to give me updates about my car each month until the car got here. You’all need to work with him, his so welcoming, friendly and will listen to everything you have to say and his going to explain to make you understand every bit of what you getting. His a smart guy and he puts his client first.

I just recently purchased my first Mercedes from this dealership and I have to say without Rosh, it's likely that I would have taken my business elsewhere. From the moment myself and my parents arrived, Rosh was patient through the entire process. With the help of my dad, this was my first "big-girl" purchase so I was extremely nervous about the level of commitment it would take to purchase a luxury vehicle. However, Rosh was encouraging and informative, even going so far as to helping me find the exact car with all the features that I wanted (I was hellbent to find a car with the MB premium package, pano roof with black exterior/red interior. Rosh sat with me for two hours finding this car with everything and more!) versus settling for a car on the lot that I came to see. During the waiting process for the car to arrive, my father fell ill and could not travel the hour drive to the dealership when the time came to sign documents. Rosh went the extra mile driving over an hour from north Atlanta to east Atlanta to our home for us to sign all the necessary paperwork. It's that level of care that has me super excited to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. All my friends, families and colleagues who are interested in the MB experience will always be directed to Rosh from me!!!
