Nick was great! Beyond and above service. We spent four hours earlier that day looking for a car with no luck at a different dealer. We popped in without an appointment just to see and nick had us driving away in our new car in less than an hour. He continued to follow up with phone calls every time a new inventory came in. He was very persistent but not pushy. He provided detailed information which allowed us to make our final decision on a vehicle. I purchased the 2022 GLE 350 with the help of Nick. I was recently in the market for a new car. I was unsure for months what model I wanted. I went to one dealership down the street and couldn’t find anything I liked. I was on my way home and saw the Mercedes Benz dealership . I decided to drop in and there was gentleman outside it was cold and rainy. I asked if I could be seen without an appointment . He said yes. Nick was my salesperson mind you it was close to 5:30 -6 pm. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I test drove one car and I liked it but wanted to look some more. The second car was 2023 GLC 300 brand new I feel in love with this car. I was already pre approved somewhere and was ready to sign. I ended going with Mercedes Benz financing. Overall, I got a better deal with rates, down payment and package. Dee in financing worked really hard to get me to point where I was satisfied overall with the car and the numbers. Overall, I would say this is a great place to shop if you are looking for a new car. Everyone was pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again, and I would definitely recommend them for your next car purchase.
