Thank God Jim waited for me and my son to get there before Jim left for the day! He knew I was flustered and got me into another sweet GLE loaner! PRAISE THE LORD Jim found the problem with my GLA was under warranty!!! I was so relieved and thankful!!! SO GLAD JIM IS MY SERVICE ADVISOR!!! My Service Advisor Jim Major listened to all concerns, no matter how small, and follows up promptly with call and text. All personnel is friendly and professional. I just love the Gwinnett location. They always give you the star treatment down to the loaner car. It’s the little things that count ie providing the adapter to hook up my phone in the loaner car. If you have to wait there are always good snacks. This location is worth the drive for me!

Customer service is great and they were all so kind and welcoming when I brought my dog. My car was serviced and ready to go after only 2 hours when I anticipated it taking half my day like it normally does at other dealerships I’ve been to. Maybe it was a good day and I got lucky it didn't take too long but Jim Major did a good job of communicating what to anticipate and what they need or plan to do. Definitely would recommend
