I literally drove 30 minutes past my local Mercedes-Benz to this specific location because he's the only one I trust with my vehicles. He has great communication, quick turnaround, he's knowledgeable and definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Also the dealership is beautiful, complete with a fitness facility, complementary snacks and plenty of waiting area space complete with Wi-Fi so you can work if you want to. But again the highlight of my trip to the dealership was Demond. Someone needs to give him a raise, he's the best!

Demond was greeted me with a smile, he was pleasant, and eager to resolve my issues. He was thorough in asking questions to assess my problems. He told me it would take two hours for the battery replacement, but it was only 1.5 hours. Please commend Desmond for his excellent customer service skills.
