Mercedes-Benz joins the National Apprenticeship Program

There is a national movement happening to train the next generation of American workers through apprenticeship programs. The manufacturing industry is investing in youth for its next generation of skilled workers.

In an effort to train next generation of American workers, Mercedes-Benz is investing in youth through available apprenticeship programs. The U.S. Department of Labor and the Department of Veterans Affairs have approved Mercedes-Benz Registered Apprenticeship Program, the first luxury automotive manufacturer to start a program.

The Mercedes-Benz DRIVE program will be offered in four states and will include a 16-week technician training and development program. Career development will also be offered as part of the program. When apprentices successfully complete the course, they will receive a certificate that will be recognized by Mercedes-Benz dealers throughout the United States.

The program will be available in California, Texas, Florida and Massachusetts. For more information email mbdrive@mbusa.com. For all your service needs, contact Atlanta Classic Cars and make an appointment. Our staff is here to help you.
