The Importance of Proper Wheel Alignment

Routinely traveling over gravel roads, potholes or obstacles cause wheels to go out of alignment. When wheels are not aligned properly, you may notice having to constantly correct the tracking, as the vehicle pulls to one side. Other misalignment symptoms include an unusual shaking or vibration when driving down the road. If left uncorrected, the problem puts undue stress on tires and makes them wear unevenly, which shortens the lifespan of the tires.

When worn tires do not make proper contact with the road, they pose a hazard. This is especially true during bad weather when roads are wet and slippery. You should have your alignment checked as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer to ensure safety. We will also be glad to remedy the problem should you notice misalignment symptoms.
