The service personnel did a phenomenal job recovering me as a customer (Angela, Christy and Yul)! I was very displeased with the lack of communication amongst me and my service specialist (Jim). His lacked to call me and inform me of an issue that needed to be fixed under my extended warranty. The lack of trust was created when I first came in to drop my car off and he mentioned how I had an extended warranty until next year and how if they get in there and find “something” I have an extended warranty until 2023. I was not informed of a warranty replacement work that was needed for my vehicle prior to them replacing the part. I felt as if I could not trust the service person ( Jim) that I was working with due to how he spoke in a way that was suspicious as if he would be looking for something to fix on my vehicle so that he could use my extended warranty. I spoke to the other service personnel about my concerns and left feeling much better. The thing to remember is, yes there is an obligation to Mercedes Benz to maintain safety in their vehicles, but the primary obligation is to the customer. We as customers can take our cars to any dealership for service and just because you tell us something is wrong, doesn’t mean we have to get it fixed by you. Remember to listen to your customers and treat them with respect and integrity. The way you get customers are the way you loose them, one by one.

My ML350 is 16 years old and was recalled for a brake booster potential problem. The forecourt staff were very efficient and Christy Hicks, my service supervisor made me very welcome. I opted to wait for my vehicle to be checked, in the comfortable waiting lounge. It was returned to me an hour before I was expecting it. Overall it was a 5 star performance and I was very happy as no repair work was needed. Thank you Christy and team.

First experience, was purchasing a 2019 AMG GLC43 Coupe, that I was driving through a now defunct car subscription service. I loved the car, spoke with Joe the GM on a Monday, got him the essentials needed on a Tuesday. Came in to sign the papers on a Wednesday--took maybe 30 minutes--gave them my subscription car and they ran it through the 'Certified-Pre-Owner' program, put fresh new tires on it and I picked it up on Friday. Joe, Danny and Jacob were friendly and genuine. POST 3 YEARS— I have had this car serviced at Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes Benz for three years now. Christy Hicks has been my Service Manager. In over a half-a-dozen visits I have never once not be pleased with the level of service. 30 years of going to dealerships for service has never been enjoyable, but the last three years have been excellent. The facility is amazing, and their process is quite efficient. Like Chick-A-Filet for cars;-)

PRAISE THE LORD!!! My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast was Top-Notch! I was greeted immediately by a lovely staff member. I walked in to see my Service Advisor, Jim Major. He got my car on the way for evaluation. Then he got me an office to work in while I waited to see what needed to be fixed. The receptionist was sweet to talk to me, and Service Advisor, Christy Hicks was a jewel also! She ALWAYS says Hello to me! Their coffee is WONDERFUL too! It wasn’t long at all before Jim knew what was wrong and then quickly set up for me to take a loaner car home until my car was serviced! It was a beautiful sedan! The guys in the loaner department even listened to my joke!???? I was worried about my pocketbook, but Jim made sure I got the best price! After I got my car back, I felt like it had been given rejuvenation extraordinaire!!! I got all new brake pads, rotors, two front tires, alignment, and new windshield wipers! Jim is ALWAYS looking out for his customers!!!???????? Everyone did a great job today at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast! You can’t go wrong with Mercedes-Benz Atlanta Northeast!!! I feel so safe and secure in my Mercedes Benz!!!????????

My service manager Christy was AMAZING! It was my daughter’s bday so instead of sending us to the waiting area for 2-3 hrs. she helped us get to the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate! Royal treatment!!! But the clean up crew DID NOT wash my car as promised!

Firstly, Christy is absolutely awesome. Everyone there is but she just takes the cake. I thought my service recall was going to take hours so I brought my laptop to do some work. Definitely worth the business. Great staff and technicians as well as a great view of your car being worked on. They have changed management/ownership in which I had prior horrific experiences. I stopped coming for a while when the name and possibly ownership changed. A lot of the things they used to offer while waiting are no more. The customer service has suffered as well.
